PREPARATION OF THE DESSERT CALLED "IZMIR BOMBASI"
1kg Flour
300g Yoghurt
1pieces Egg White
80g Liquid Oil
100g Powdered Sugar
8g Baking Powder
540g Margarin.
Put all the ingredients in to a bowl and knead them until a homogenous dough is obtained. For the preparation of the dessert called "IZMIR BOMBASI", divide the dough into equal macaron-shaped portions. Chill them in refrigerator for one hour. After chilled down, roll out the portions with rolling pin and fıll them with the product "KATSAN OVALETTE BAKE STABLE FILLING WITH CACAO AND HAZELNUT". Put the portions in to refrigerator for one hour. Heat the portions at 190°c for eight minutes at regular oven. If you use stone-based oven, heat the portions at 200°c for eight minutes.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep it at +15 °c /20 °c cool and odourless place. Protect it from lıght, air, humidity and excessive temperature changes.
