Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

If you’ve ordered something by mistake or had a change of heart, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If the goods have not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • If the goods have already been dispatched, you may return them within 14 days of receiving the order. A refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for food items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:
