Dawn Delicream Lemon Filling is a ready-to-use, rich lemon cream filling ideal for patisserie, cakes, tarts, muffins and donuts. Provides a bright citrus flavour and smooth texture.
🥄 Directions for Use:
Use straight from the bucket or warm gently up to 32 °C to increase fluidity. For a lighter texture, fold in 20-25 % vegetable fat before piping.
📦 Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container sealed when not in use. Avoid exposure to direct heat.
