Dawn Lemon Compound is a concentrated paste delivering an intense, natural lemon flavour. Perfect for use in mousses, bavarois, non-dairy creams, ice cream, milkshakes, frostings, cream fillings, cakes, and sponges. Freeze and thaw stable for consistent results in baking and confectionery.

Incorporate into recipes as needed. Recommended usage is 40–60 g per 1 kg of final product, adjusted for desired flavour intensity.
📦 Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within the recommended shelf life. Keep container tightly closed.
