Dawn Cherry Compound is a versatile fruit-flavoured paste designed for fine patisserie applications. Made with 16 % cherries and natural fruit concentrates, it delivers an intense cherry flavour and vibrant colour. Ideal for mousses, bavarois, non-dairy creams, ice cream, milkshakes, frostings, cream fillings, cakes, and sponges.
🥄 Directions for Use:
Incorporate into your recipes as desired. Recommended usage is 40–60 g per 1 kg of product, depending on the desired intensity of flavour.
📦 Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within the recommended shelf life. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
