Dawn Caramel Delicream Filling is a rich, ready-to-use caramel cream perfect for patisserie, cakes, tarts, muffins, and donuts. Provides smooth texture and consistent caramel flavour, suitable for bake- and freeze-stable applications.
🥄 Directions for Use:
Use straight from the bucket or warm gently up to 32 °C to increase fluidity. Can be folded with cream or butter for lighter textures.
📦 Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container sealed when not in use. Refrigerate after opening and use within recommended shelf life.
