British Sugar Icing Sugar is a finely milled beet sugar, milled to give a consistent silky texture. Performs excellently in bakery glazes, sugar paste and confectionery—dissolves instantly in cold or hot water. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Use directly in icings, buttercream, glazes or sugar paste. Add gradually to liquids or fats while whisking to avoid lumps.

Store in a cool, dry place in sealed packaging. Avoid moisture and strong odours.
