Golden Seal is a specially milled patent spring flour offering a brighter crumb colour. Excellent for quality breads and rolls, also suitable in sponge and dough processes.
🥄 Directions for Use:
Use as your standard bread or roll flour. Mix with yeast, water, salt etc. Knead, proof and bake per your usual recipe.
📦 Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, in sealed packaging to protect from moisture and pests.
