Perfect to use as it is, or mix with whipping and custard creams to vary the coating or fillings for your cakes. In addition, its versatility and flavour mean that can also be mixed to create flavoursome fillings or mousses. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Use as a Coating: Melt completely the product by heating it at 35-37 Degrees Celsius with a benmarie or microwave and use it for coating the cake.
Use as a Filling: The product is preferably used as a filling by mixing 30% or 50% of it with vegetable whipped cream.
