INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
RECIPE 1:
1 kg OVALETTE RED VELVET CAKE POWDER MIXTURE
400 gram eggs,
300 gram liquid oil, 160 mi water
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Set the mixer on medium speed and mix it between 5 and 7 minutes. Pour the prepared dough into a cake mould and cook it at preheated oven between 35 and 40 minutes at 170-180°C. Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven model.
RECIPE 2: "cake roll swiss cake roll"
1000g OVALETE CAKE POWDER MIXTURE
800g EGG
320g LIQUID OIL
240g WATER
PREPARATION:
Add egg, liquid oil and water to a mixing bowl and stir. Then add the Ovalette Red Velvet Cake Powder Mixture to the liquid mixture. Whisk the mixture tor 5 minutes totally by mixer (first 1 minute slowly, then 2 minutes at medium speed and finally 2 minutes at fast speed). Spread the cake dough thinly to a tray covered with baking mat or baking paper by spatula. Allow the dough to settle well by tapping gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C between 8 and 10 minutes. After removing the tray from the oven, lay a baking mat or paper on the tray for support and turn the tray reverse. Apply the pre-prepared cream on the baked dough, decorate with fruits or various ingredients then make cake rolls by wrapping. After keeping one hour in refrigerator, slice it to the desired thickness and serve.

SHELF LIFE: 1 year after the production date. Keep it at cool, dry and odourless place, away from direct sunlight. After each use, keep the packaging closed.
